I’m Joe Adams, an AI solutions architect in Kansas City. For sixteen years at VMware and Broadcom I’ve helped Fortune 500, global, and telecom teams through every major platform shift: physical to virtual, virtual to cloud, and now cloud to AI. Today I carry the technical relationship for major accounts from discovery and proof of concept through deployment, adoption, and renewal.
Outside the day job I build. Through Invisyn Solutions, a small Kansas City consultancy, I design and run production AI systems: agents with guardrails, human-in-the-loop approval, and audit trails; custom Model Context Protocol servers; retrieval-augmented generation; a multi-tenant SaaS platform built with Claude Code, Codex, and Antigravity on Google Cloud; and the infrastructure behind it all, from an always-on server fleet with local model inference to cloud deployments. I started it because the only honest test of a new AI pattern is a real business with real customers and real consequences when it breaks.
The throughline is the same everywhere: complex systems, useful outcomes. AI is the current shift, and the hard part is rarely the model. It is the infrastructure, identity, data governance, and evaluation that let a customer run it with confidence, and a proof of value they watched work in their own environment before they signed. That is the work I want to do with customers.
