I’m Joe Adams, a solutions architect in Kansas City. For more than 15 years at VMware and Broadcom I’ve helped Fortune 500 and global enterprise teams through every major platform shift: physical to virtual, virtual to cloud, and now cloud to AI. Today I own the post-sale technical relationship for major accounts, guiding them from first deployment through scaled adoption of VMware Cloud Foundation.
Outside the day job I run Invisyn Solutions, a Kansas City consultancy for local service businesses. That’s where I stay hands-on: production AI workflows on OpenAI and Anthropic models, agentic coding tools like Codex and Claude Code, automation systems in Make and Airtable, and a portfolio of products I own and operate, from community business directories to niche review sites.
The throughline is the same everywhere: complex systems, useful outcomes. I like taking something technical and tangled and shipping the version a business can actually use, then measuring whether it worked.
